Last minute cancellations or no shows can have a big impact on small businesses, this is why I have a cancellation policy for the security of my business. 

 

Cancellations before or within

48hours no fee will occur.

 

Cancellations within 24hours will occur a 50% fee of treatment cost.

 

Cancellation after 24hours or no shows will occur 100% fee of treatment cost.

 

You will get a reminder text 72 hours before your appointment.

 

I will always make exceptions. I understand sometimes this can't be helped and there are valid reasons why this happens.

 

My policies are in place to assure the stability of my business and assure I am here to be able to carry out treatments on all my lovely clients.
